[users@httpd] Port binding problems

Guy with word wrap problems: you seem to be the only one to be having those problems so I don't think it is my fault.

I followed what you guys said and removed the listen lines and ran telnet which just sort of sat there but didn't give my any errors so I suppose that's a good sign :\. No one can connect to my website though.
