venkata swamybabu budumuru closed CLOUDSTACK-1514.

RemoveIpFromVmNicCmd worked without issues for secondary IPs that dont have PF enabled but, it fails for those secondary IPs that are enabled with PF rule. everything worked fine without issues. Closing this bug.
