check with out with new paypal fails

I get to
https://www.specialtymarket.com/control/setPaymentInformation
and get
Payment method not handled paymentMethodTypeId :
I have only paypals setup in the product store for payment method.
I have filled in the paypalgatway entity.
any Ideas where to look.
