[WEB] Derby site restructure: 'svn up' your local copy

The site.xml and tabs.xml files changed a lot. Also, I ended up moving 
content for the Integration tab into its own subdirectory.

So those of you who have checked out the web site source, be sure to 
'svn up' to get those changes.
