review board: connection timeout errors

Hi all,
bit off topic, but I don't know where else to complain ;-) & email 
subject says it already:
almost every time I am submitting something for a review or tying to add 
a comment,
I get "connection timeout" errors. This is not the case with other 
apache services (sites/svn).

I was wondering if other people experience above problems and if so, 
maybe someone from Apache infra team could have a look at it...because 
it is quite annoying.
