Thanks, Kristian. The FAQ you pointed me at suggests that we should deploy to /www/people.apache.org/repo/m2-ibiblio-rsync-repository/ rather than /www/people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/ The patch looks like it is going to deploy to the second location--at least that's the setting of maven.repo.apache.directory in maven/project.properties.
