i-OS 7 has better support to allow the application to run in background. Can Cordova be enhanced to utilize its power completely, like allowing the timers to run in background, allowing files to upload(right now only if the file upload is triggered before the app moves to background will be completed. No new uploads start as far as I understand.), access to Cordova API's when the app is in background( if the Network is available when the app is in background) and also access to local database if possible.
