Standalone TCK files

I've received access to the selected TCK materials, and downloaded each.

I've encrypted the results and uploaded them to 
icarus.apache.org:~rubys/tck.  They will remain their over the weekend. 
 You can decrypt with the crypt utility with a password of 
"thanksJason".  Crypt is available on icarus and cygwin.  Please do not 
share this password.
