Location of myfaces-all.jar is 1.1.3
I can't seem to find myfaces-all.jar. Was it discontinued?

we now have
-myfaces-api (javax.faces.***)
-myfaces-impl (the impl stuff org.apache.myfaces.***)
-tomahawk-VERSION (if you like ;))
-sandbox-VERSION (if you like too ;))
