Recipe v1 is restrictive and should be enhanced for better usability

* Today if user wants to pass additional custom properties <recipename>-template.xml has to be manually edited to add property tag. Instead using JAXB will allow Recipe tool to add these properties at run time
* Support multiple source directories replication
* Knob for user to choose if the replication should be triggered at Source or target cluster
* Support for other optional DistCP options
