Upgrading SVN
Is there any information on upgrading Subversion on Windows?
We are running:
TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857, UNICODE
Subversion 1.1.1,
apr 0.9.5
apr-iconv 0.9.5
apr-utils 0.9.5
berkeley db 4.2.52
neon 0.24.7
OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004
zlib 1.2.1
We just "winged" it last time and all went well, but I was not very
comfortable with it.
Do we just install the new version right over the old and copy the mods
into apache? Or is there anything we need to do separately with Berkley?
Thanks for any info.

See the top of the 'downloads' page, in particular, the 3rd bullet:
