new docs

["David N. Welton" <da...@dedasys.com>]

I did a big update/overhaul of the docs, including the xsl
stylesheets.

Have a look at the new stuff here:

http://tcl.apache.org/rivet/docs/index.html

still some things I would like to tweak, but let me know what you
think. It's sometimes hard to judge documentation when you 1) created
the product and then 2) wrote the documentation, so any comments are
appreciated.
