[ANN] Apache Tomcat Connectors 1.2.39 released

The Apache Tomcat Project is proud to announce the release of version 1.2.39
of Apache Tomcat Connectors.
This version fixes few bugs found in previous releases and adds some new
features like IPV6 support.
