   that is true, good catch, I totally missed that
   (it will land in the `apache-zookeeper-<version>-lib.tar.gz`)
   How should we handle that? We already have a LICENSE.txt in that tar.gz file, containing a normal Apache license.
   
   the new openssl 3.0 already uses the Apache license v2. Unfortunately the older versions (the one we are using) has some custom license, so we will have to include it: https://www.openssl.org/source/license.html
