Updated project web site navigation
I reworked the project web site navigation.
Basically, the tabs across the top are now more like book marks.
The complete structure of the site is now consistently down the left side.
This is I think easier to deal with than the old system, where the
menu on the left border was "contextual" ... and sometimes got a bit
confused.

I find it comfuzing.
Would suggest to remove the tabs.
