[jira] Created: (SUREFIRE-405) Make useSystemClassLoader the default

Make useSystemClassLoader the default
-------------------------------------

                 Key: SUREFIRE-405
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SUREFIRE-405
             Project: Maven Surefire
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.4
            Reporter: Dan Fabulich

Now that we're shading all Surefire dependencies, there is absolutely no risk of dependency conflict when we fork and useSystemClassLoader. We should make useSystemClassLoader the default, since that can fix a lot of tricky Surefire issues.
