xsltc should support nonstatic external java functions

According to the recent docs.. the corrext namespace prefix should be :

http://xml.apache.org/xalan/xsltc/java/test.xsltc.XSLTCTestExtension


I don't think this is an optional feature but is a requirement.  A world without
Xalan extension elements or Xalan functions is one I don't want to live in :)..
