[ANNOUNCE]New Committer of Apache EventMesh: Rongzhen Yan(yanrongzhen)

Hi Apache EventMesh Community,

The Project Management Committee(PMC) for Apache EventMesh has invited
Rongzhen Yan(yanrongzhen) to become a Committer and we are
pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Rongzhen Yan(yanrongzhen) is active in the EventMesh
community, and we are glad to see his more interactions with the
community in the future.
