[DISCUSS] Auto create schema in distributed version

Hi, all




I've designed schema auto creating methods in distributed version[1]. This function should be triggered when timeseries are created in a non-existent storage group or data are inserted into a non-existent timeseries. In those cases, the cluster should set corresponding storage group or create corresponding timeseries.
