After IMPALA-14940 gets pushed, there is still a problem on join hints.

Calcite applies the join hint to the SqlSelect.  If there are two joins in the select clause, there is only one place to put the hint.  While Impala allows you to apply the hint to one join of the two, Calcite applies the hint to both joins.

Perhaps to solve this, we can add extra information to the hint when it is produced?
