Writer crashes in Template Management dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open menu "File"
- Open entry "Templates" then choose "Organise..."
- Expand any folder (e.g. my templates) in the left listbox
- In the left drop down list change the value from "Templates" to "Documents"
Writer crashes
(Might be related to issue 126980 and issue 125762)

I could confirm this issue on Ubuntu 16.04.1.
The reson of this issue is happen in SvListView::IsExpanded method. So the
reson is the same with issue 125762.
The crash is not happen after the change of the revision 1761439 by issue
125762.

Tested with a 4.2.0 dev build of SVN r1761670 (Ubuntu 16.04.1 / 64bit) and the
problem is no longer visible!
