Grooming Meeting: Monday, January 8, 2017

Attendees: Tom

We ended the meeting early as no one joined. I started grooming the
existing backlog, completed Sprint 4 and started Sprint 5.  Update for the
release is as you have seen, the AriaTosca Committers voted positively to
release 0.2.0, and I've pushed this to a vote at Apache.
