UnionVector srcVector;
UnionVector destVector;
TransferPair pair = srcVector.makeTransferPair(destVector)

Schema of the destination vector is an empty UNION, no child types. Schema is not transferred until the actual transfer happens. 

Issue is we are not creating the transfers for child vectors in UnionVector.
