Apache Wiki - JMeter page

All,

I have created the JMeter page in the Apache wiki.  All it contains at the
moment is a link to the jmeter + Eclipse HOWTO.

The wiki is a great place for everyone (including non-committers) to provide
up-to-date information on project status, proposals, documentation
development, FAQs, etc.
