I'm marking as relates YARN-1111 rather than duplicates it, because that JIRA notes how performance of the servlet collapses if the file is big -almost a minute to get that trailing few lines. Even if the GUI adds start and end points, the servlet needs to handle paging into a file more efficiently.

Bonus points for providing a way to easily change the size of the log chunk shown per page.
