In validateTablePaths() in MetastoreDefaultTransformer.java , we are currently doing [scheme less|https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/master/standalone-metastore/metastore-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/metastore/MetastoreDefaultTransformer.java#L928] comparison. This can cause issues if warehouse default root and table location's scheme are different but the rest of the path is same. For example warehouse if pointing to a location in hdfs and table is pointing to a location in s3. 

The proposed fix is to include scheme when comparing warehouse root and table location paths.
