Minimalist removed due to errors...

Hi,

You may have noticed some errors on the list sent by an automated
mailing list manager (minimalist@project.exolab.org).

I'm not sure who subscribed it but it is definitely badly configure as
it sends error messages whenever messages are posted to the list!

I have thus removed it from the user list. If there is a need to add it
again, please contact me.
