Description:
In order to make bigtop support openEuler , I provide the openEuler build environment，which include building puppet and slaves docker env for compile and smoke test etc.
* pupput docker
The build command : /bigtop/docker/bigtop-puppet/build.sh trunk-openeuler-22.03
* slaves docker
The build command : /bigtop/docker/bigtop-slaves/build.sh trunk-openeuler-22.03-aarch64
