Cleaning of Directory dist folder

Hi all,

In order to fix DIR-229 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIR-229), I'd
like to get the approval from you before doing anything in the "directory"
folder.

What I want to do is

   - remove any release of Studio that is not the current (we have a backup
   copy of these releases in the Apache Archives folder
   - remove the lasting 'mina' and 'ldapstudio' directories
   - move all the keys to a central KEYS file to the root of the "directory"
   folder
   - remove any release of the Server that is older than 1.0.2 or 1.5.2

Is that OK ?

It's OK, as far as we have a guarantee that those guyes are available on 
the archives.
