Generally as patches, though in this case it might be easier just to
give you commit access to a new "packages/mandrake/" area (which we'd
create -- we already have packages/rpm, packages/freebsd, etc) and you
do whatever is necessary in there.

If that sounds good to you, just send me a username (should be the
same as your subversion.tigris.org username) and password, and we'll
set you up.
