Markus/Gon, I think you should add more committers as JIRA admins so that they can add contributors.

I am not sure if Shiv got permissions. If not, please add him.

No issues whatsoever. We could do this on an ask basis on the list or
just make all the PMC members admins. I like the second option better,
but we need to maintain it over time.
