DateSpinner (spark.components)
I am using Apache Flex 4.13.
I am trying to use DateSpinner, but no joy.
How does one use DateSpinner?
Ciao,

Hi,

Were you trying to use it in a desktop AIR app or a browser app?
We have moved a couple basic controls (callout was one from memory?) from mobile so they are common to both desktop and mobile. It may be possible to do this with date spinner but I've not looked.

Mind raising a JIRA for this? [1]
Thanks,
Justin

Does it not make sense that classes that only work in certain platforms have their own package that designates their target platform? Its not very well documented that this class is mobile only.
The larger question is, why is this class exclusively for mobile platforms?
BTW, this is asdoc location I was using: http://flex.apache.org/asdoc/ <http://flex.apache.org/asdoc/>.

A link to the ASDocs would have been better instead of the lmgtfy link :-)

Have we, as a community, really come to this?
I'll admit the question is a bit vague; so you don't; give us a lot to
go on. I'll add that the DateSpinner is built for Mobile usage and I
don't think it will show up, by default, in browser based apps or
desktop AIR apps. I'd guess that was your problem.
