TIFFImageEncoder + PACKBITS

I'm using the TIFFImageEncoder class to compress in PACKBITS a 
multi-page document (Grayscale or Binary). Unfortunately, only one page 
of the TIFF dumped is accessible afterwards with any viewers.
Has anybody already encounter this problem and knows a solution ?
