[~dbtsai] Please check the JIRA fields after you merge a PR. When a RC release is in vote, we should set the fix version to 1.5.1 instead of 1.5.0. If there exist a new RC, there will be a batch job to modify 1.5.1 back to 1.5.0. For bugs, affects versions should be set as well.
