Vicious circle

Hi,
I was interested in downloading open office but it is interestingly
complicated:)
Your download page is forwarding me to Turkish version, and Turkish page
redirecting me to your download page, telling the same thing again and
again.

1- No way to download an English version with a Turkish IP number
2- No way to download an old Turkish version with the same IP

and you request me to help translation process.

Please tell me how?

You might want to use an actual English snapshot, to see the new 
features, for which you will translate. Find the snapshots and nightly 
builds on http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/

Older localized versions are in 
http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/localized/
