doubt about singing soap request

Hi All
   	 Iam new to webservice, iam using axis, wss4j and Tomcat server to accces the Dot Net Webservice.
             the service deployed in Dot Net Side with WSE 2.0, The service need soap body signing and username token
             signing(  please refer to following attachment SWS_WEB_SR_INVOKE_Request.xml  file and also wsdl  ). How can i 	signing the soap messsage  in axis.  Please help me to solve this problem, Here they not using the x.509 signing.
