IPSec VPN drops on any VR changes

Has anyone noticed on 4.10 that an established working IPSec tunnel drops its SPA/SPDs when any change is made to the VR? Even an port forwarding rule. Have other people seen this? The connection says its connected but no packets move across the tunnel without resetting the VPN.
