In this release cycle we solved 11 issues:
http://s.apache.org/6l1
Git source tag (86daaf897513efce88573c10e06b71d5eb36ad1a):
http://s.apache.org/ORc
Staging repo:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheany23-041/
Staging binaries and maven artifacts:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/any23/
PGP release keys (all artifacts signed using 48BAEBF6 - lewismc):
http://any23.apache.org/dist/KEYS
This VOTE will be open for 72 hours.
Thank you in advance to everyone able to review.
Best
Lewis
[ ] +1, let's ship it :)
[ ] +/-0, fine, but consider to fix few issues before...
[ ] -1, nope, because... (and please explain why)

+1 (binding)
let's ship it
Basic checking of builability, N&L and a RAT run.
Andy
Minor notes:
POM says "PPMC"
DOAP.java says:
http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE_2.0
which cause RAT to not spot the license.
FOAF.java says:
"Fried Of A Friend"

Excellent - this is what the project needs. Doing stuff.
Have "extra resource", open a JIRA, if there isn't a suitable one, (??
ANY23-135, 136, 137?) and add a patch. A comitter/PMC member can then
reviwe and commit.
> 2) would others be willing to support in this extra push?
> 3) do we still call it 0.9?
"Release early, release often"
This shoudnd't affect this release - another release can come along if
there is the will to get this extra push out.

Apologies if this is outside the current procedures (i admit i am not to
familiar)
my shallow understanding from following the mails a bit is that 0.9 might
be the last release of any23 before mergining it with Tika.
This is probably pretty good, however, i have a feeling that maybe its good
to push and fill the biggest holes in any23 before we do this.
So question are:
1) What are the biggest issues, is it the isnt the RDFa test suite support
to be improved/completed (see the issues in 1.0)?
if so, from the FBK point of view we'll be happy to put extra resources
into this, and reach at least this level. Further questions
2) would others be willing to support in this extra push?
3) do we still call it 0.9?

Re: [VOTE] Release Apache ANY23 0.9.0
Posted by Giovanni Tummarello <g....@gmail.com>.
3) do we still call it 0.9?
looking forward to hear from you
