404:Page Not Found

What are the most likely causes of 404: Page Not Found errors?

The missing pages have been copied to the appropriate directory and
sitetree.xml has been updated. Local.build.properties points to the
directory and the publication has been deployed. The path shown on the
error page appears to point to the location of the pages.

What else can go wrong?

Hi Chris

The main problem may be masqueraded with this 404: Page Not Found error.
You can check your log files [/WEB-INF/logs/log4j.log] and search for
"ERROR" or "Exception". This may reveal the root cause of the 404.

Hi Chris,
Did you make a workflow for the documents?
Check out http://wiki.apache.org/lenya/HowToContentImport

You might also want to search in your log file for "ERROR". Usually it
will tell you which file couldn't be found.
