The Derby FAQ at http://db.apache.org/derby/faq.html contains several variations of bad links. These should be fixed.
Examples:
 - broken links (target no longer exist, very few of this)
 - incomplete links causing redirects
 - broken anchors
 - misc

Using http://validator.w3.org/checklink will give a list of potential issues to fix.
