Create instance from running/stop vm

Hi,
 
I create guest vm from ISO and its running well, So I want to create many more vm form my installded vm but I could not find this featurs or do I missing something.

Create a snapshot from the root volume of this vm and then a template from this snapshot and then you can light vm's from them.
I would advise you giving admin guide a read to find out many useful features (and their working) in CS.
