Upgrade `google.golang.org/grpc` from 1.82.1 to 1.83.1 in the Go gRPC integration tests to address HTTP/2 DATA frame fragmentation memory exhaustion (CVE-2026-84304 / GHSA-vp52-pcj8-j9qc). Update the required genproto RPC dependency and module checksums.
Addresses [Dependabot alert #117](https://github.com/apache/fory/security/dependabot/117).
Validation was not run, as requested.
