Configuration
Does it exist an release of the Configuration api???
need something to replace the Preferences api.

We are currently dotting the i's and crossing the t's prepatory to moving
the code from sandbox to the commons proper. When that happens we will have
our official 1.0. However, if you grab whats in CVS, I don't anticpate any
signficant changes. There is also a build available at
http://jakarta.apache.org/~epugh/builds/.
