Always the page generated is in western language incoding .. when i force the 
web browser to make the encoding in Arabic (<META http-equiv=Content-Type 
content="text/html;charset=windows-1256;">)it fails 
when i come back to Tomcat 4.0.x .. everything go fine .. but with Tomcat 4.1.x 
the encoding not change at all .. all that had been tested on Linux and Windows 
Platform as a servers 
i hope that u can help me soon as possible.
