It would be useful to pass on the time at which checkpoint is created in AsyncIndexUpdate as part of CommitInfo. 

This can then be recorded by index implementations to indicate the time upto which is repository is indexed by them. This would be useful if the index is not updated that frequently hence latest checkpoint time would not provide sufficient insight
