[jira] Commented: (MECLIPSE-168) make repository variable configurable (M2_REPO)

I'm also looking for this functionality. Now I have to change the M2_REPO classpath variable every time when I started working with project which uses non-default repository, or modify the .project file by hand after mvn eclipse:eclipse run.

> It would be nice to allow the name of the M2_REPO variable to be configurable via the plugin configuration. It is possible that a user will have multiple maven repository locations and thus it is necessary to have different eclipse variables that point to them.
> An example use case would be a developer who maintains a local repository for access to public mirrors for personal development, while at the same time has a local repository for a company's internal mirror for corporate development.
> i.e.
> <eclipseVariable>M2_REPO_PERSONAL</eclipseVariable>
