When a feature gets aggregated it creates a assembled-features extension listing the features used for the aggregation. However, the way this extension is created currently makes it so that it is added at the end always - regardless of whether there was one already. That is not correct as if one of the used features was already an aggregation the extension is in there twice which should never be the case (it should have been merged into one instead).
