## Summary
This PR intends to fix the offset calculation for preventing the overlapping between IRAM and DRAM regions.
On ESP32-S3, the **Internal SRAM 1** may be accessed both via the Instruction Bus as well via Data Bus:
## Impact
Prior to this PR, the offset was greater than actually required, resulting in wasted memory space.
## Testing
`esp32s3-devkit:nsh` running `ostest` successfully.
Manual inspection of the output Linker map file.
