creating new issue in https://github.com/apache/libcloud

Hi,

I dont see "issue" section in https://github.com/apache/libcloud

Can anyone tell me how I can create a new issue for libcloud?

Hello,

We use Jira for tracking issues. GitHub issues are disabled because we
don't have direct control over them since GitHub repo is just a read-only
mirror of the Apache repository -
https://libcloud.readthedocs.io/en/latest/development.html#contribution-workflow
