[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-4047) Tomcat server plugin not recognizes server has been started

Johan Borchers created NETBEANS-4047:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Tomcat server plugin not recognizes server has been started
                 Key: NETBEANS-4047
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-4047
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: serverplugins - Tomcat
    Affects Versions: 11.3
         Environment: MacOS 10.14.6 Netbeans 11.3
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Zulu11.37+17-CA (build 11.0.6+10-LTS, mixed mode)
Tomcat 9.0.33
            Reporter: Johan Borchers
Attachments: Screen Shot 2020-03-21 at 11.16.56.png, Screen Shot 2020-03-21 at 11.17.12.png, Screen Shot 2020-03-21 at 11.35.49.png, Screen Shot 2020-03-21 at 11.36.59.png, Screen Shot 2020-03-21 at 11.39.29.png

When starting Tomcat 9.0.33 the server plugin does not recognize that Tomcat has been started. With Tomcat 9.0.30 everything is working fine.
After waiting for more than a minute the plugin pops up a dialog that Tomcat has not been started. But actually Tomcat has been started but the plugin did not notice that.
After the popup I can open localhost:8080 and see the server status.
